Day-to-day responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in residential and commercial spaces. The Cleaner will empty trash receptacles, clean restrooms and kitchens, restock supplies, and ensure that common areas are neat and orderly. Duties may also include spot-cleaning carpets, cleaning windows, and maintaining equipment such as vacuums and floor machines. The role requires following established checklists, adhering to safety and hygiene guidelines, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors. Cleaners are expected to arrive on time, work efficiently, and interact with clients and team members in a professional, courteous manner. Qualifications Ability to perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and surface sanitizing. Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques, proper use of cleaning products, and safe handling of equipment and chemicals. Reliability in following schedules and checklists, with strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
