Assembler

Location: Compton, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour, depending on experience Shift: 1st Shift Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site, Contract Aerospace experience preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates with manufacturing, sewing, upholstery, textile, or assembly experience who are eager to learn. Responsibilities Cut, prepare, and handle insulation and fabric materials. Operate industrial sewing and material sealing equipment. Fabricate aircraft insulation blanket assemblies. Install fasteners, seals, tapes, and related components. Measure, trim, fit, and assemble materials to specifications. Follow drawings, templates, and work instructions. Inspect completed work for quality. Complete production and quality documentation. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Meet daily production goals while following safety and quality standards. Qualifications Sewing, assembly, or aerospace manufacturing experience preferred. Experience in upholstery, textiles, automotive interiors, aircraft interiors, or similar manufacturing environments is a plus. Ability to operate industrial sewing equipment preferred. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to perform repetitive, precision-based work. Ability to read and follow written instructions. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn aerospace manufacturing processes and quality standards.
