En dicho rol, deberás asegura que los ambientes productivos y no productivos sean disponibles, seguros, gobernados y eficientes en costos, de manera crecientemente automatizada. Funciones principales: Operar y optimizar plataformas cloud en ambientes productivos. Diseñar soluciones de conectividad y redes en entornos híbridos y multicloud. Automatizar despliegues e infraestructura mediante prácticas de Infraestructura como Código. Administrar identidades y accesos, velando por la seguridad de los entornos. Monitorear servicios e identificar oportunidades de mejora continua. Implementar automatizaciones que permitan aumentar la eficiencia operativa y reducir tareas manuales. Requisitos: Formación Académica: Ingeniería en computación, informática, telecomunicaciones, electrónica o afín. Conocimientos Específicos: -Operación de nubes públicas en ambientes productivos (Azure, AWS, GCP u otras). -Redes cloud: segmentación, ruteo, DNS, conectividad híbrida y control de tráfico. -Implementación de infraestructura como código (OpenTofu/Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation u otras). -Gestión de identidades y control de acceso basado en roles (Entra ID, IAM). -Monitoreo y diagnóstico de infraestructura y servicios. -Scripting para automatización operativa (PowerShell, Bash, Python u otros). Conocimientos deseables: -Kubernetes administrado AKS, EKS, GKE u otros. -Gestión y optimización de costos cloud bajo prácticas FinOps. -Servicios de integración y serverless Azure Functions, Logic Apps u equivalent Experiencia al menos 3 años en cargos similares. Deseable experiencia similar en retail o banco. Lugar de trabajo: Las Condes, cercano al metro Tobalaba. Horario de oficina de lunes a jueves, los viernes salida a las 13:30 hrs. Modalidad hibrida: 3 días oficina y 2 teletrabajo.

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
