Descripción Buscamos a una persona creativa, organizada y con interés por el diseño digital, la animación y la tecnología. Será responsable de crear y adaptar piezas gráficas y audiovisuales para campañas, trabajando principalmente con Photoshop, Figma y After Effects. Queremos incorporar a alguien que utilice la inteligencia artificial con confianza, tenga curiosidad por nuevas herramientas y esté dispuesto(a) a aprender sobre automatización y optimización de procesos creativos. Funciones ⁠ ⁠Diseñar y adaptar piezas para sitios web, redes sociales y campañas digitales. ⁠ ⁠Crear animaciones y contenidos audiovisuales en After Effects. ⁠ ⁠Trabajar con componentes, variantes y plantillas en Figma. ⁠ ⁠Realizar retoques y composiciones en Photoshop. ⁠ ⁠Adaptar conceptos gráficos a diferentes formatos y plataformas. ⁠ ⁠Apoyar en la creación de plantillas y procesos para producir piezas de manera más eficiente. ⁠ ⁠Utilizar herramientas de inteligencia artificial como apoyo al proceso creativo. ⁠ ⁠Trabajar en conjunto con diseñadores, directores de arte y otros miembros del equipo. Requisitos ⁠ ⁠Egresado(a) o Bachiller de Diseño Gráfico, Diseño Digital, Publicidad o carreras afines. ⁠ ⁠Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en agencias, estudios creativos o áreas de diseño. ⁠ ⁠Manejo intermedio de Photoshop, Figma y After Effects. ⁠ ⁠Conocimientos de diseño digital y animación. ⁠ ⁠Portafolio que demuestre habilidades gráficas y/o audiovisuales. ⁠ ⁠Interés por la inteligencia artificial, la tecnología y la automatización. ⁠ ⁠Curiosidad, organización, atención al detalle y disposición para aprender. ⁠ ⁠Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida. Se valorará experiencia con sistemas de componentes en Figma, plantillas dinámicas en After Effects, hojas de cálculo, archivos CSV, scripts o herramientas de automatización.
