Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Concurrent Audit Professional based in Saharsa. The role involves conducting concurrent audits of client accounts and operations, reviewing financial transactions and documentation, and verifying compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. The professional will analyze financial statements, identify discrepancies or control weaknesses, and prepare clear, structured audit working papers and reports. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with client staff, seeking clarifications on audit findings, and documenting observations and recommendations. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, audit practices, and applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance, with the ability to apply relevant principles in audit assignments. Experience working with Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and analysis. Well-developed Analytical Skills for identifying variances, trends, and potential risks in financial and operational data. Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, explaining findings, and preparing clear written reports. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certification (CA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage. Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and basic accounting software; familiarity with audit documentation standards. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work systematically under timelines. Prior experience in concurrent audit, internal audit, or statutory audit will be considered an added benefit.
