مدير مشروع (Project Manager) لتطبيق عقاري الموقع: جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل – من مقر الشركة الوصف الوظيفي تعلن مراسم للتسويق عن توفر فرصة وظيفية بمسمى مدير مشروع للانضمام إلى فريق العمل في مدينة جدة. سيكون مدير المشروع مسؤولاً عن تخطيط وتنفيذ ومتابعة المشاريع، وضمان تسليمها في الوقت المحدد ووفق أعلى معايير الجودة، مع إدارة الموارد، وتنسيق العمل بين الفرق المختلفة، ومتابعة تقدم المشاريع، وإدارة المخاطر، والتواصل الفعال مع جميع أصحاب العلاقة لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع بكفاءة. الشروط والمتطلبات أن يكون المتقدم من سكان مدينة جدة. أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع وقيادة فرق العمل. مهارات عالية في تخطيط وتنظيم وتنفيذ المشاريع. القدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع في وقت واحد والعمل تحت ضغط. مهارات قيادية واتصالية متميزة وإدارة فعالة لأصحاب العلاقة. إجادة استخدام أدوات إدارة المشاريع وبرامج Microsoft Office. يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو الهندسة أو أي تخصص ذي صلة. يفضل وجود خبرة في وكالات التسويق أو الإعلان أو تنظيم الفعاليات أو المجالات الإبداعية. إذا كنت تمتلك الخبرة والشغف بقيادة المشاريع وتحقيق النتائج، يسعدنا استقبال طلب انضمامك إلى فريق مراسم للتسويق. الراتب الشهري المخصص للوظيفة 8000 - 10000ريال Project Manager Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Role Description Mrasim For Marketing is looking for a highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Jeddah. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, tracking project progress, mitigating risks, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Qualifications Must be currently residing in Jeddah. Must be a Saudi national Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management and leading teams. Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a marketing agency, advertising, events, or a creative industry is an advantage.
