Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Audiovisual Project Manager role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Audiovisual Project Manager oversees end-to-end delivery of AV projects, including requirements gathering, solution scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, managing project timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring installation and integration meet quality and safety standards. The role also involves supervising on-site activities, reviewing technical designs and documentation, resolving project issues, and ensuring that all systems are tested, commissioned, and handed over smoothly. The Audiovisual Project Manager continuously monitors project performance, prepares status reports, and contributes to process improvements and best practices across the AV delivery lifecycle. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Experience with audiovisual systems design, integration, and commissioning (e.g., display, audio, control systems, videoconferencing, and collaboration platforms). Proficiency in documentation and reporting, including project plans, technical drawings review, status reports, and change management records. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor and contractor relationships, and coordinate on-site activities safely and efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and technical teams in clear, solution-focused discussions. Relevant education in engineering, audiovisual technology, information technology, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CTS) are an advantage. Experience delivering AV or technology projects in corporate, government, or innovation-focused environments; familiarity with Saudi market is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
