About the role: For a project in the area of Digital Services & Personalization within the automotive industry, we are looking for a QA & Defect Management Engineer to ensure high product quality through structured testing, defect management, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities: Plan, execute, and document manual and automated tests; Perform functional, system, and regression testing; Manage and coordinate defect and ticketing processes; Analyze defects and support root cause identification; Monitor defect lifecycle and quality KPIs; Collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams; Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
