Business Project Manager

Lead a large-scale business project for an international customer within ELTA’s Land Systems division. The role involves end-to-end project leadership, financial management, coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams, and full ownership of the customer relationship. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a large-scale business project for an international customer. Manage project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and resources. Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering and development teams. Manage the full relationship with local and international customers. Support business development and marketing activities as part of the project. Lead projects in a highly technological and dynamic defense environment. Coordinate activities across multiple organizational functions in a matrix environment. Travel abroad as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree – mandatory. Engineering degree – an advantage. At least 3 years of experience as a Business/Project Manager or in a managerial position within the defense forces. Proven experience working with customers in Israel and abroad – mandatory. Experience in matrix management – mandatory. Willingness to travel abroad – mandatory. Excellent English communication skills – written, spoken, and reading.
