Operations Project Manager Role Overview: Leading end-to-end engineering projects in the Operations Division, from initiation to handover, ensuring technical feasibility, budget control, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage engineering projects tailored to client needs. Implement advanced project management tools throughout the lifecycle. Define technological solutions, run feasibility checks, manage budgets, schedules, and risks. Coordinate cross-functional interfaces (dairies, HQ, contractors). Maintain project documentation according to structured methodologies. Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical / Food / Biotech / Chemical Engineering ( Mandatory ; Master's – Advantage ). 3+ years managing engineering projects in manufacturing ( Mandatory ). High-level English ( Mandatory ). Experience in food manufacturing/process control ( Advantage ). Strong interface management, leadership of change processes, and strategic vision.
