ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a pioneering global leader in AI-powered financial technology solutions, is looking for a highly motivated QA Engineer to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. 📌 Location: Northern Suburbs of Athens 📍 Work Model: Hybrid 🖋️Reporting Line: Directly to the QA Leader What you will do: As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll be a key player in a vibrant and innovative environment within our client's team. You'll team up with software developers to ensure product quality. Your tasks will include testing solutions, verifying bug fixes, and actively identifying potential project risks.. Your work will directly help deliver great products and successful projects. Your main responsibilities will be: Reviewing technical requirements and specifications, providing insightful and timely feedback Developing structured and comprehensive test plans and cases Executing both manual and automated test cases, including smoke, sanity, and regression tests Documenting, and tracking bugs throughout their lifecycle Contributing to test case automation to enhance overall testing efficiency Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions Collaborating with Project Delivery and Account Managers to guarantee timely and high-quality product releases Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 2+ years of proven experience in Software Testing. Good understanding of Linux systems Practical experience with QA platforms (e.g., XRay, TestLink) and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira). Hands-on experience with scripting (e.g., Python), SQL, HTTP, and TCP/IP. Fluency in both Greek and English Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Will be highly appreciated: Familiarity with coding practices (e.g., OWASP, NIST). If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
