We are Hiring! Mid-Level Human Resources Analyst (Generalist Role) If you are passionate about the world of technology and innovation, and you love getting involved to make things happen, this opportunity is for you! What will your daily impact be? Global reach: Beyond being our local go-to expert, you’ll work cross-functionally with managers and teams across different countries, leveling up your career with valuable regional and global exposure. Strategic Business Partner: You’ll be a key facilitator in development conversations, performance reviews, feedback loops, change management, and workplace culture initiatives. Local Reference: You will ensure that our global policies adapt seamlessly to the local context and labor regulations in Chile. End-to-End Management: Your scope will range from driving culture, employer branding, and benefits initiatives, to ensuring an incredible in-office experience (managing vendors, onboarding, and employee well-being). What are we looking for? Solid Background: Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. Prior Experience: Between 3 and 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years acting as an HR Analyst or Business Partner. Advanced English: Essential for interacting with our global teams. Key skills: Excellent emotional intelligence, assertive communication.
