We’re looking for a Full-Stack AI Solutions Developer who challenges assumptions, builds with intention, and thrives in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment. At 3ap, engineers own their work end-to-end. Our teams run on separate projects but solve hard problems together, share what they learn, and call out bad assumptions, including their own. What we need: 5+ years of experience building full-stack web applications end-to-end Track record of shipping production-ready applications that utilize LLMs and unstructured data Strong experience with Java (Spring) or Node.js, REST API design and integration, and microservices architecture Experience building clean UI/UX for data-heavy applications using modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular You’re an exceptional communicator, comfortable talking to designers, backend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, and presenting your work to non-technical people You’ve gone deep into AI tools, not just used them casually, and know how to get real production value out of them, while treating AI output as a draft, not a deliverable You’ve worked on actual products, not just tickets. You think about the user and the business goal, not just the code, and a bad integration can sink a good solution You don’t stop at “it works.” You look for the flaw in the logic before someone else finds it in production You pick up new tools fast. The AI landscape shifts week to week, and waiting to learn something familiar isn’t an option University degree in CS or equivalent Fluent English Useful, but not required: TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or OpenShift Familiarity with API tools like Postman or Insomnia Comfort and openness to working with Python. Many modern AI tools and frameworks are built with Python at their core, so a willingness to learn and use it is important Background in insurance or finance Any German What you get: A team of 60+ professionals in a people-first culture, flat structure, and no bureaucracy Work that uses current technology, including AI in production Flexible hours, hybrid work 25 vacation days + 2 extra 3ap holidays Private pension, private health insurance, 24/7 accident insurance Maternity and paternity leave support Team events and an employee referral program

That number includes positions in India (9,577), Poland (3,429), the United States (1,753), Singapore (787), and Brazil (779). If you're looking to move or work remotely, check which countries match your goals — then filter WorkMundi by location to see what's actually hiring near you.
Most developer ads you'll see are written in English: 18,397 of the 24,795. That doesn't tell you whether the job itself requires you to speak English or work in English daily, so read each posting carefully. Don't assume the language of the ad matches the language of the team.
The employers posting the most developer roles are Link Group (369 jobs), Upvanta (257), jobgether (226), and OfferZen (212). If you're applying to any of these, research their hiring patterns. They move fast and post often, which means they're either scaling hard or replacing people who didn't fit.
In your interview, expect this: 'Walk me through the last time you had to debug something that took you more than an hour. What was it, what did you try first, and what would you do differently?' Hiring managers ask this to see if you think systematically or just try random fixes. Have a real example ready with specifics.
