Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard role based in Lucknow. The Security Guard is responsible for monitoring and securing assigned premises, including controlling entry and exit points, verifying identification, and maintaining visitor logs. Daily tasks include patrolling designated areas, observing and reporting suspicious activities, responding to alarms or incidents, and assisting in emergency procedures when required. The role involves interacting with visitors, employees, and vendors, providing clear information and directions while maintaining a professional and calm presence. Security Guards are expected to follow established protocols, complete incident reports, cooperate with law enforcement or emergency services when needed, and adhere to all company policies and safety standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Physical Security skills, including patrolling, access control, and incident monitoring. Candidates should possess experience in Private Security and Personnel Security, with an understanding of protecting people and assets. Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff. Basic knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and use of communication devices (e.g., radios, phones). Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods; awareness of safety and risk prevention practices. High school diploma or equivalent; prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required; reliability and punctuality are essential. Clean background and identity verification as per company and legal requirements.
