About The Role We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Production Operator to join our Supply Chain Division at our Darra plant. In this role you will be responsible for packing and filling our products, safely and efficiently. We will support you with training to enable you to develop with our team to increase responsibility and skills. Once you have learned the ropes, there will be an expectation that you will then progress onto different tasks. Your Responsibilities Carry out the packing processes of Ecolab strictly according to established operating procedures to meet daily production plan e.g. machine operation, packaging and filling Operate equipment and handling raw materials as per Occupational Health and Safety instructions Transfer products across the facility using a forklift (once trained / qualified) Report any operating or mechanical faults or issues to management By Nature, You Will Demonstrate Commitment to Safety, Environment and Quality An excellent work ethic Collaborative nature Attention to detail Technically Speaking You Will Have An understanding of safety and the hazards of packing, filling and mixing chemicals An interest in machine operation and how things work Willingness to obtain a Forklift license Life at ECOLAB Our three behavioural shifts are People First, One United ANZ Ecolab Team and Owning the Outcome.
