Business Controller

This role acts as a bridge between finance, technical departments, and management, ensuring the profitability of investments. As a business controller, you are responsible for preparing, drafting, and aligning management reports. You ensure that management information remains up to date. In this role, you act as a crucial link in the finance & control process, maintaining contact with local management, local project teams, administration, external partners, control team and the finance director. Tasks: budgeting and forecasting - preparing, monitoring budgets, and financial forecasts financial reporting - analyzing results and KPIs, reporting on business performance advising managers - providing financial insights to help achieve business goals operational and investment controlling cost and profit optimization - identifying efficiency opportunities and cost-saving measures risk management - analyzing and mitigating financial and operational risks compliance and control - ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal controls process optimization - improving financial processes and control systems this role has three ‘aspects’: financial, business, and project control.
