A successful global consumer products company is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Trade Marketing Specialist to support the brand's growth across our international network of retailers and distributors. The successful candidate will act as the key marketing liaison between the brand and our channel partners, leading the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive sell-through while ensuring a consistent global brand experience. The role works closely with the Brand, Creative and Sales teams and reports to the Global Channel Marketing Manager. This combines the partner-facing responsibilities of the distributor role with the retail activation focus of the retail specialist role. Key Responsibilities: •Develop and deploy global marketing toolkits for product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions and retail activations. •Lead go-to-market execution across distributor and retail channels. •Support retailers and distributors in adapting global campaigns while maintaining brand consistency. •Manage marketing requests from channel partners and coordinate joint marketing initiatives across online and offline channels. •Develop retail and distributor marketing assets including digital content (social media, ads, websites), POS materials, displays, and event support. •Partner with Sales teams to support commercial initiatives and launches. •Build strong relationships with channel partners through onboarding, regular communication and ongoing marketing guidance. •Monitor marketing performance, collect market insights and recommend improvements based on results. • Conduct brand audits to ensure consistent execution across all markets. Skills & Requirements: •3+ years of experience in channel, retail, trade or international marketing, preferably within a global consumer goods company. •Experience working with retailers, distributors or international partners. •Strong understanding of retail marketing and multi-market brand management. •Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills. •Highly organized, analytical and hands-on. •Lifestyle-oriented with a strong eye for branding and consumer experience. •Excellent English; native Spanish speaker is an advantage.
