As a Junior Recruiter , you will support the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating successful hires. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional hiring solutions while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is for the US market! 🔍 Key Responsibilities Source Talent: Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates. Screen Candidates: Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and overall qualifications. Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with account managers and sales teams to align recruitment strategies with client needs. Promote Employer Brand: Showcase our culture, values, and opportunities throughout the recruitment process. Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all legal requirements and internal hiring policies. Manage Data: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track recruiting metrics. Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and nurture a strong network of candidates for current and future openings. Support Candidates: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process. Meet Outreach Goals: Achieve weekly targets related to candidate outreach, calls, emails, and engagement activities. ✅ Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting for the U.S. market Fluent in English and Spanish Experience recruiting blue-collar talent Experience recruiting within the Oil & Gas industry Experience working in high-volume recruiting environments 🌟 Skills & Competencies Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset 📩 Interested?
