Details Role And Responsibilities [Portfolio management] Oversee the development and management of the line-up portfolio plan and efficiency improvement efforts and market issue response. Analyze market trends & competition landscape in the target market and develop a line up strategy that can maximize the company's sales, market share and profit throughout product life cycle.. [Product Life Cycle management] Manage product launch including Go-To-Market Strategy and local launching plan with other stakeholders (Marcom, Retail Marketing, Channel Development, Sales and Services) to meet company-level, category-level target. Conduct the sustain, transition plan including End-of-life operations to successor models. [Pricing and commercial operations] Define the pricing operation strategy and the nationwide commercial program portfolio. [Sales, Profit and Loss (PnL) management] Monitor Sales (Sell-In, Sell-Out) forecast, TIM and Inventory management for assigned products by working closely with Headquarters and regional Product Marketing Team, SCM and Finance to ensure sales and profit for category, under the guideline and direction from Global and Regional management. [Initiatives Owners] Identify differentiated value proposition and develop new concepts/ initiatives that can strengthen the product's competitiveness and winning consumer offerings. Skills And Qualifications Education: MBA/BA degree or above with major of international trade, Business administration, Marketing. Having knowledge about digital/marketing is preferred. Related experience: at least 5-7 years work experience in product/category management level within a multinational company (and preferably electronic or FMCG) Special knowledge & skills: fluent English both oral and written; High competency in analytical skills and critical thinking. Proficient at working with Excel and PowerPoint; Capable to deliver effective presentation. Good communication skill and team work spirit. Understand about millennials, genZ trends & interest is preferred Leadership skills and preferably experience to manage a team of min 3 members. Good ability to work individually with numbers and under high pressure Active and future-oriented. Preferably interest and knowledge in technology.
