FREEDOM FINANCE TECHNOLOGIES is a Cyprus-based fintech company and part of the international Freedom Finance financial holding. We develop and support trading and banking technology products used worldwide. Since 2009, we have been building our core product—a trading platform for brokerage operations in the stock market. Today, more than 700,000 users across 41 countries rely on our applications. Our team includes 170 professionals and has grown fourfold over the past three years. As we continue to scale, we are expanding our AI team and are looking for a specialist capable of independently developing robust AI solutions based on provided business requirements. Communication with internal stakeholders will be minimal-all incoming tasks and priorities are set by the functional lead (PM/AI Lead). Key Responsibilities Turn requirements defined by the functional lead into working AI products. Design process logic and build integrations and connectors between systems. Implement complex workflows in no-code/low-code environments (Make, n8n, Zapier, etc.). Work with LLMs: configure chains, perform prompt engineering, optimize requests, and work with APIs. Conduct testing, analyze results, and propose architectural improvements. Maintain and scale the solutions developed. Participate in estimating project timelines, risks, and technical feasibility. Requirements Hands-on experience developing automations or AI solutions using no-code/low-code platforms. Knowledge of at least one programming language and the ability to build services that can be called from low-code platforms. Ability to work with databases. Strong skills in working with APIs, webhooks, databases, and integrations. Strong prompt-engineering skills: understanding of LLM nuances, context optimization, and the ability to obtain structured outputs. Ability to analyze processes and develop technically robust solutions. Ability to work independently within assigned tasks and deadlines. Working proficiency in English. We assess candidates rigorously. We are looking for people who can confidently build production-grade integrations using low-code tools. Ability to work with tools such as Claude Code or Codex. Russian: native Nice to Have Experience with fintech products. Knowledge of data security principles. Experience working in product teams.
