Role Description This full-time Electrician role at Sabita Enterprises is a hybrid position based in Hoshiarpur, with some flexibility for work from home where appropriate (such as documentation, remote support, or planning tasks). Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. The Electrician will conduct inspections, identify faults, perform troubleshooting, and ensure that all work complies with relevant safety codes and standards. The role involves reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics, coordinating with team members and clients, and documenting work performed. The Electrician is expected to follow safety procedures, use tools and materials responsibly, and support continuous improvement of maintenance processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge of electricity and electrical work, including safe handling of electrical components and basic circuit understanding. Candidates should possess skills in maintenance & repair of electrical systems, including routine servicing, replacements, and preventive maintenance activities. Candidates should possess troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing faults, identifying root causes, and implementing effective technical solutions. Candidates should possess familiarity with electrical engineering principles, such as load calculation, wiring design, and compliance with relevant electrical codes. Relevant technical diploma, trade certification, or apprenticeship in electrical work is preferred. Experience working as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial environments is beneficial.
