Role Description The Advogado / Contabilista will work on-site in Lisboa in a full-time capacity, providing legal and accounting support to corporate clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include offering legal advice on labor and employment matters, drafting and reviewing contracts and company policies, and conducting research on relevant Portuguese and international regulations. The role also involves preparing and analyzing financial and tax-related documentation, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with local and international standards. The professional will negotiate with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to clear, accurate reporting and documentation. Close cooperation with colleagues from legal, tax, and advisory departments will be essential to deliver integrated solutions for clients. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply legal frameworks to corporate and employment contexts. Experience in Labor and Employment Law, including drafting policies, contracts, and advising on compliance and workplace matters. Proficiency in providing Legal Advice, with a client-focused approach and clear, concise communication. Solid Research skills to analyze legislation, case law, and regulatory developments and apply findings to client situations. Effective Negotiation skills for interacting with clients, authorities, and stakeholders in legal and financial matters. Relevant degree in Law, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification or bar admission is an advantage. Experience in corporate or professional services environments, ideally with exposure to international or German businesses. Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Portuguese; proficiency in English and/or German is highly beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams and adapt to a dynamic, international environment.
