Multimedia And 3D Event Designer

The Multimedia and 3D Event Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah. This role involves conceptualizing and designing 3D event environments, stages, and exhibition spaces that align with client requirements and brand guidelines. The designer will create detailed 3D visualizations, animations, and multimedia assets for presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Daily tasks include collaborating with consultants and clients to understand event objectives, refining design concepts based on feedback, and preparing production-ready files and technical specifications. The role also involves coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintaining consistent quality across all visual outputs. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong 3D design and visualization skills, including experience with 3D modeling, rendering, and animation software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender). Candidates should possess multimedia and graphic design skills, including proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Candidates should possess event and exhibition design skills, including space planning, stage and booth design, and creation of layouts and technical drawings. Candidates should possess skills in concept development and storytelling, including the ability to translate client objectives into clear visual narratives and presentation materials. Candidates should possess strong time management and project coordination skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work closely with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Interior/Exhibition Design, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience in event, exhibition, or experiential design, ideally within consulting, corporate, or agency environments, is beneficial. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt designs based on feedback and evolving client needs are required.
