Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

AGCSOFT is looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to help us shape and evolve complex digital products and create a consistent, high-quality user experience across web and mobile platforms. We’re looking for someone who combines strong UX thinking with excellent visual design skills - a designer who can work with complex interfaces, make thoughtful product decisions based on user and business needs, and take ownership of the design from initial concept through implementation. *Please include a link to your portfolio in your CV/application. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. Responsibilities: Design complex user flows and interfaces - from initial research and concepts to development-ready designs. Develop, maintain, and evolve the company’s design system across web and mobile products. Create interactive prototypes and validate design hypotheses. Establish design standards and continuously improve design processes. Conduct design reviews and work closely with developers throughout implementation. Ensure the quality and consistency of implemented interfaces. Support and develop the design team, including coordination with external contractors. Contribute to the company’s visual identity and overall product design language. Requirements: Strong experience in Product Design and UX/UI , with a proven track record of designing complex digital products. Strong product and systems thinking , with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Excellent understanding of composition, typography, responsive design, and modern UI patterns . Advanced knowledge of Figma , including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, and scalable design systems. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop . Strong prototyping skills and experience validating design solutions. Experience working closely with developers and conducting design reviews. Good understanding of current web and mobile design trends . A strong product-focused portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and high-quality visual execution .
