Who we are We are responsible for designing, building, and operating database architectures, as well as establishing and applying the policies and guidelines required for selecting standard DBMS solutions and managing DBMS operations. Responsibilities In this role, you will establish all database-related policies and standards, distribute the corresponding guidelines, and provide DB technical support and operational services for company‑wide systems. ■ Standard Platform Development Selecting the appropriate DBMS based on service requirements and architectural considerations Designing high‑availability database architectures, including database redundancy and failover mechanisms Developing database architectures that support horizontal scalability and distributed expansion ■ Data / Interface Management Designing database schemas and large-scale table management strategies Installing and configuring various RDBMS and NoSQL databases Detecting anomalies through monitoring and performing troubleshooting and incident recovery Managing core DBMS operations, including backup and recovery Performing database administration tasks to improve DBMS performance, including query tuning ■ Deployment Management Establishing database standards, including version policies, database account policies, and object naming conventions Defining DBMS operational standards covering deployment, operations, security, backup/restore, and monitoring practice Developing DBMS operational processes such as schema review, query review, and related governance procedures Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years of experience operating open‑source DBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Minimum 2 years of experience operating MongoDB Experience with public cloud database services, such as AWS RDS and Aurora Experience in operational automation using programming languages such as Golang, Python, and Shell scripting Experience in query optimization, database performance tuning, and DB troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications Experience in operating large-scale, high-volume database environments and managing databases for B2C services Experience in operating Redis or Valkey Experience with heterogeneous database migration (commercial DBMS to open-source DBMS) Experience in operating database sharding environments Experience in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) for operational automation and monitoring Others [Notes] In accordance with the employment protection laws, eligible candidates (disabled individuals, veterans, etc.) will receive preferential benefits during the process.
