We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager Role Objective Leads the local execution of LATAM marketing strategies in Mexico, partnering with Commercial teams to drive customer engagement, demand generation, and business growth while ensuring alignment between regional priorities and local market needs. Key Responsibilities Translate regional marketing strategies into local activation plans aligned with Mexico’s commercial priorities and growth objectives. Act as the primary marketing partner for the Mexico Commercial organization, supporting customer engagement, demand generation, sales enablement, and business growth initiatives. Generate actionable customer, competitor, and market intelligence to strengthen commercial decision-making, customer segmentation, account prioritization, and go-to-market effectiveness. Manage the local execution of integrated marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, lead generation programs, and performance optimization activities that contribute to pipeline growth. Support customer experience initiatives, customer engagement programs, events, and communications while ensuring consistent application of Brink’s brand, messaging, and marketing standards within the Mexican market. Required Qualifications 5+ years in B2B Marketing or related fields Experience within industries such as security services, logistics, financial services, technology, telecommunications, business services, or other B2B sectors is preferred.
