Civil Construction Manager Location: Turek, Poland For one of our international clients operating within the energy and industrial infrastructure sector, we are currently looking for an experienced Civil Construction Manager to join a major EPC project in Poland. About the Role As a Civil Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all civil construction activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient execution in accordance with project objectives, contractual requirements, budget constraints, and schedule commitments. Working within a multinational project environment, you will coordinate contractors, stakeholders, and site teams while driving construction performance and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Lead civil construction activities from project initiation through final completion. Ensure construction works are delivered according to approved schedules, budgets, and quality requirements. Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate communication between project participants to facilitate decision-making and resolve project challenges. Manage interfaces between construction, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams. Implement and enforce quality control procedures across all construction activities. Conduct regular site inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project standards. Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution throughout project execution. Promote a strong Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) culture on site. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience managing EPC construction projects. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Proven experience delivering large-scale industrial, energy, infrastructure, or power generation projects. Strong understanding of construction management principles, contract administration, and project controls. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and subcontractors. Proficiency in MS Office and standard project reporting tools. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent) will be considered an advantage. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
