Marketing Project Manager About Organo Organo Eco Habitats is on a mission to become India's category creator of eco-habitats and Rurban living — building not just homes, but a genuinely new way of life, and a purpose-driven movement around it. The brand is deliberately shifting from being a real estate developer to a category creator, from a marketing-led business to a belief-led movement, and from generating demand to attracting it. At the heart of this is a simple idea: to “Organofy” every space, community and relationship Organo touches — turning customers, employees and partners into Organians: believers, advocates and storytellers for eco-habitat living. Together, that adds up to Organification — Organo's word for the transformation it exists to create. Behind this ambition is a fast-scaling business building toward a ₹25,000 Cr opportunity, and the Branding & Marketing team is where that philosophy gets translated into narrative, systems and everyday craft. Why This Role Exists Organo's Branding & Marketing function is deliberately lean on the inside and dependent on the outside — media agencies, design and creative partners, PR firms, event vendors and performance marketing agencies carry a large share of execution, while the core team owns brand narrative and strategy. That model only works if someone inside is relentlessly tracking what every campaign, every agency and every deliverable is actually doing, day to day. This role exists to be that person — the operating discipline behind an ambitious, fast-moving brand strategy, translating it into tracked, on-time, accountable execution across a wide network of external partners and a small internal team. Why This Role Matters Every campaign that ships late, every agency deliverable that misses the brief, and every metric that isn't tracked is a gap between what the brand strategy promises and what actually happens in market. With this much riding on external partners, marketing cannot afford to lose that thread. This role is the single point of truth for what's live, what's due and how every agency and initiative is performing — protecting the team's credibility with leadership and keeping a growing web of external partners genuinely accountable. Purpose of the Role To convert brand and marketing strategy into tracked, on-time execution — owning the campaign calendar in ClickUp, holding every agency partner accountable to performance and budget, keeping the team's OKR rhythm in Keka current in partnership with the Head of Brand & Marketing, and preparing the numbers and narratives leadership needs to make decisions. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Project Tracking (ClickUp) Own the master campaign and project tracker in ClickUp — every brand, digital, PR, content and event initiative logged, timelined and clearly owned Break every campaign down into tasks, owners and dependencies before work begins, and keep the tracker current, not retrospective Run a single intake process for marketing requests from SBUs, sales and HR, so nothing gets actioned outside the tracked system Plan and balance resourcing and capacity across the internal team and agency partners, so no one is silently overloaded Run a consistent status rhythm that surfaces what's on track, at risk or slipping — before it becomes a surprise to leadership Agency & Vendor Performance Management Own performance trackers/scorecards for every media, design, creative, PR, content and event agency, and review them on a regular, non-negotiable cadence Own agency retainers and media buying budgets, reallocating spend toward what's performing and flagging waste early Flag underperforming agencies early, with data, and drive corrective action or escalation rather than letting issues quietly persist Act as the final brand-compliance checkpoint on agency deliverables — catching off-brand or off-strategy work before it ships Coordinate with finance and legal on agency contracts, SOWs and invoicing schedules, flagging discrepancies early Data, Reporting & Executive Presentations Track and report on marketing and brand metrics — consideration, conversion, advocacy — across every live campaign and agency relationship Connect campaign data to real decisions — conversion rate, CAC, ROAS — so budget and priority shifts are based on what the numbers say, not instinct Build and maintain dashboards and reports that turn raw campaign and agency data into clear, decision-ready numbers for the Head of Brand & Marketing Prepare and review executive-ready presentation decks for the Head of Brand & Marketing — translating dashboards and campaign/agency data into a clear leadership narrative Maintain a single, current digital asset library so brand assets don't end up scattered across a dozen agency drives Team Coordination & OKR Rhythm Own the operational rhythm and hygiene of OKRs in Keka — ensuring every team member's goals are logged, updated and visibly on track each cycle Partner with the Head of Brand & Marketing, who retains ownership of setting and formally evaluating each team member's OKRs — in line with how larger organisations typically split this (the direct line manager owns goal-setting and appraisal; this role owns the process, cadence and tracking around it) Hold regular, calm delivery check-ins with each team member — tracking progress against their OKRs and gently, consistently nudging accountability, without stepping into a formal appraisal role Flag OKR risks or slippage to the Head of Brand & Marketing early, with data, so goal-level conversations happen with full visibility AI & Tech-Enabled Operations Use AI tools to speed up reporting, summarise campaign and agency performance, and remove manual busywork from tracking Continuously look for ways to make ClickUp, Keka and reporting workflows more efficient for the whole team Stay genuinely current on marketing tech and AI tools relevant to project tracking, reporting and content operations Areas of Ownership The single source of truth for every live campaign and project, tracked in ClickUp — including a unified intake process and asset library Agency and vendor performance and budgets — tracked, reviewed and flagged on a set cadence Brand-compliance sign-off on agency deliverables before they ship The operational rhythm and hygiene of team OKRs in Keka — logged, current and tracked — with goal-setting and formal evaluation retained by the Head of Brand & Marketing Marketing and brand reporting and executive presentation decks used directly by the Head of Brand & Marketing First 30 / 60 / 90 Days First 30 Days — Learn Meet the Head of Brand & Marketing, the internal team and every key agency partner; understand current campaigns, tools, budgets and reporting formats Audit how work currently flows across project tracking, agency briefs, budgets and reporting, and identify the biggest gaps Get every live campaign, budget and agency relationship logged and visible in one place in ClickUp First 60 Days — Own Have a fully functioning ClickUp tracker covering all active campaigns and projects, with a working intake process Stand up agency performance scorecards and run the first structured review cycle with at least the top three agency partners Support the Head of Brand & Marketing in getting every team member's OKRs logged and current in Keka, and hold the first round of individual delivery check-ins First 90 Days — Lead Run the full campaign, agency, budget and team tracking rhythm independently, with minimal escalation Have flagged and addressed at least one underperforming agency relationship with data-backed recommendations Be trusted by the Head of Brand & Marketing as the clear, calm source of truth on what's on track and what isn't First-Year Expectations Deliver a marketing operating rhythm where every campaign, agency relationship, budget and team OKR is tracked, visible and current Materially impr

Singapore alone has 5,920 of them. India has 3,543. The US has 2,443. If you're looking at a marketing role, geography matters: check WorkMundi's location filters to see which regions match your visa status and timezone. Don't apply everywhere; apply where you can actually work.

Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). If you see a job from one of these names, you're looking at a company that hires marketing roles repeatedly. That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.

In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
