Our recruitment process focuses on identifying potential and people who are aligned with our culture! 🚀 This position is part of the BlackArrow team , responsible for creating visual assets for our campaigns and contributing to business results through the development and execution of visual communications. Main responsibilities: Create and adapt marketing campaigns; Develop digital assets for social media, banners, and GIFs; Create email marketing materials, landing pages, and website assets; Design presentations, e-books, and infographics; Develop visual identities, logos, communication strategies, and communication channels. Essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields; Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma; Creative mindset and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; Advanced English proficiency. Nice to have: Knowledge of tools such as RD Station and others; Experience with copywriting and developing generalist marketing campaigns; Enthusiasm and interest in working in the financial market.
