Deliverables Develop and implement content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, and additional platforms. Create and oversee the production of video concepts, Reels, carousels, and launch campaigns. Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to inform content planning. Build and optimize content funnels to drive engagement and conversions. Analyze content performance metrics, test new formats, and scale successful initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand vision and audience needs. Requirements Proven experience in content marketing, content strategy, and social media management. Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and short-form content best practices. Excellent written and spoken English with strong visual judgment. Demonstrated interest or background in meditation, spirituality, wellness, self-development, astrology, chakras, or esotericism. Familiarity with AI content tools is advantageous. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to content optimization.
