We’re looking for a fast, talented Graphic Designer with real experience creating paid advertising creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads. This is not a branding/logo design position. We need someone who knows how to create beautiful ads that also get clicks and conversions. What You'll Create Meta / Facebook / Instagram ad creatives Google Display banner ads Static image ads Carousel creatives Promotional graphics Offer-driven campaign creatives Multiple variations of winning concepts Resized versions across different ad placements What We're Looking For Strong portfolio of paid advertising creatives Experience designing for Meta Ads and/or Google Ads Excellent visual hierarchy and typography Ability to make an offer immediately understandable Understanding of direct-response / performance marketing Ability to create several variations of a concept quickly Fast turnaround and reliable communication Excellent attention to detail Big Plus If You Understand CTR and conversion-focused design Creative testing Hooks and angles A/B testing Direct-response advertising E-commerce and lead-generation campaigns How Meta creatives differ from Google Display creatives Speed Matters We manage multiple advertising campaigns, so we're looking for somebody who can work quickly without sacrificing quality . You should be comfortable receiving a brief and turning it into several polished advertising concepts without needing days of back-and-forth.
