Job Description: In this role, you will lead the operational and execution side of our digital marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, PR/backlinks) and serve as the main operational powerhouse behind our In-Person Trade Shows & Industry Events. This is a full-time, long-term remote position working during US Business Hours (EST preferred). Responsibilities of the role: • End-to-End Trade Show & Event Logistics: Own the event calendar (6+ national trade shows/year), managing registrations, vendor booth graphics, collateral, sponsorship details, and team schedules. • Pre- & Post-Event Campaigns: Execute pre-show teaser campaigns (social + email) to book on-site meetings, and manage post-show lead upload, segmented follow-up sequences, and ROI tracking. • On-Site Virtual Support: Provide real-time remote marketing support during live events (daily social posts, rapid lead entry into CRM, and recap summaries). • Social Media & Content Operations: Maintain a 30–60 day rolling content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. • Create and schedule engaging B2B content following brand guidelines and established approval workflows. • Monitor industry-specific Facebook groups and communities, engaging in value-first discussions using approved playbooks. • Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: Build, segment, and send email campaigns and automated nurture sequences for inbound leads and trade show contacts. • Monitor key metrics (Open Rates, CTR, Conversions) and optimize copy/segmentation accordingly. • Public Relations & Backlink Management: Draft and distribute press releases announcing major company updates, event participation, and strategic partnerships. • Manage backlink hygiene: proactively engage with digital publications and industry media outlets to secure backlink placements back to our domain. • Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with external specialists (SEO, Web Conversion, Outbound Sales) to ensure cross-channel alignment. • Maintain a weekly marketing performance dashboard tracking reach, engagement, event ROI, and pipeline generated. • Track Google Ads lead handoffs, performance metrics, and cost-per-lead (CPL) to ensure paid traffic aligns with overarching marketing goals. Required Experience and Qualifications: • 3+ years of B2B digital marketing experience (experience in home services, technical services, or outsourcing industries is a strong plus). • Proven track record managing trade show logistics and event marketing from planning to post-event lead distribution. • Native or Near-Native C2 English (written and spoken). • Strong adherence to approval workflows and process governance. Preferred Skills: • Basic familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile. Personality: • High-energy, proactive mindset—you flag opportunities before they become problems. Software & Tools: • Hands-on experience with Social Management tools (Zoho Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) and CRMs (Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot). • Proficiency with Canva and AI assistance tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for efficient content drafting.
