NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf”. In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (36 months). The overall objective of this assignment is to provide strategic, technical and logistical communication support to DG MENA in the planning, development and implementation of its day-to-day communication activities, with the aim of strengthening the visibility, outreach and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf region. Junior Non-Key Expert - Graphic Designer Responsibilities Designing visual assets for communication campaigns across digital and print media. Producing infographics, illustrations, brochures, presentations, banners, social media graphics and other communication materials. Supporting the visual identity and branding of communication campaigns in line with EU communication guidelines. Collaborating with communication specialists, content managers and audio-visual teams to develop engaging visual content. Preparing artwork for print and digital publication while ensuring high production quality. Adapting existing communication materials into different formats and languages where required. Supporting the design of event materials, exhibition graphics and promotional items. Ensuring consistency, accessibility and quality across all visual communication products. Minimum Qualification and Skills Degree/professional training (or equivalent) in graphic design; Proficiency in standard design software; Working English. Minimum General and Specific Professional Experience 2 years' general experience in graphic design; 1 year specific experience producing campaign visuals/infographics.
