Summary of Duties: Works under the direction of the Supervisor or designate. Installs, repairs and maintains plumbing, heating, process piping and auxiliary equipment at various City owned Facilities. Educations Qualifications: Successful completion of Grade 12 in the Province of Ontario or equivalent plus successful completion of an apprenticeship as a Plumber. Specialized Training & Licenses: Valid Class G Driver's Licence. Master Plumbers Licence. Gas Fitter II Licence. Valid Certificate of Qualification as a Plumber. Working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act Backflow Inspection Certificate. Note: Shift work may be required. Compensation & Other Information: $37.82 - $42.04 per hour This posting is for one (1) permanent full-time position being filled on a permanent basis. (This position is currently under review.)
