Salary Range : 1,450 - 1,900 EUR net + performance bonus (paid in August and February) About Boolanga At Boolanga, we provide leading international brands such as Uber Eats, Bolt Food, Carrefour, or Talabat with workwear as well as related design, supply chain, software, and e-commerce services. We empower these organisations to manage the asset needs of their distributed workforce better and with more efficiency. Join a high-growth , international team committed to building scalable solutions and raising the bar in operational performance. Watch first, apply smarter - meet the Boolanga Team ! 🎬 The profile we are looking for We're looking for a Product Designer & Developer – Physical Products to join our Product Design & Development team. This is not a fashion-design focused role — we need someone versatile who can combine user research, concept development, technical execution and commercial awareness across physical-product categories like delivery bags and backpacks, motorbike accessories, protective equipment, smart or connected delivery products, packaging, workwear and uniforms. You're the kind of person who can take an unclear question, structure the research, compare alternatives, and land on a practical, well-costed recommendation. You enjoy creative work, but you know a successful product also has to be manufacturable, commercially viable and clearly documented — so you move comfortably between design, technical documentation and supplier conversations. This role suits someone proactive, analytical and comfortable with ambiguity and limited supervision. It's not intended as a purely conceptual, visual, fashion-focused, graphic-design or digital-product role. What You'll Do Translate open-ended business and user needs into clear product-development briefs. Develop product concepts that balance functionality, user needs, cost, durability and manufacturing feasibility. Create technical specifications , BOMs, tech packs and supporting development documentation. Maintain accurate product information within the company’s PLM system. Coordinate prototypes, samples and pre-production development with suppliers. Review quotations, materials, components, manufacturing options and product costs. Assess prototypes and sample s, identify quality issues and define corrective actions. Plan and support product testing , validation and pilot implementation. Conduct structured user , market and competitor research. Compare alternatives and turn research into clear recommendations and development plans. Take ownership of assigned projects and communicate progress, risks and decisions. Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, IT and other internal teams. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in physical product design and development, ideally in Product Design, Industrial Design, Design Engineering, or a related field. Categories: soft goods, technical bags, workwear, uniforms or protective products. A track record of taking products from research and concept through prototyping and production-readiness — including hands-on work with international suppliers and manufacturing partners. Comfort managing samples, prototypes, and iterative development cycles. Ability to produce clear technical documentation (specs, BOMs, tech packs), plus working knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, costing, and quality control. A structured way of tackling ambiguous problems — weighing options and landing on practical recommendations. Strong ownership, organization, and follow-through, with business-level English. Solid skills in Adobe Illustrator, Excel/Google Sheets, and Canva Pro. PLM/product-data-management experience. A portfolio is required — see the Portfolio section below for what to include. Nice to have Experience with Blender or another 3D modelling or visualisation tool. Experience with CLO3D. Experience with mobility, delivery, motorbike or connected products. Spanish-language skills. Portfolio Please include a portfolio showing your process, not only final visuals. We are particularly interested in examples involving: Physical-product research and benchmarking. Concept development and prototyping. Technical documentation. Materials and component decisions. Supplier or manufacturing collaboration. Testing, iteration and problem-solving. Why Join Us A Zero-Bullshit, Trusting Culture – We value transparency, ownership, and getting things done. A Smart, International Team – Work alongside talented, driven colleagues from around the world. Challenging Projects & Growth Opportunities – Expand your skills with meaningful work, career development and exposure to a broad range of product categories. Performance Bonuses – Paid out twice a year (August & February) based on your impact. High-Performance Culture with Flexibility – A results-driven environment with room to work your way. Extra Birthday Time Off – Enjoy an additional day off on your birthday. Fully Remote - with occasional travel to Budapest for onboarding, training and team collaboration and the possibility of occasional attendance at a coworking space. Want to learn more about us? 24,795 developer jobs are open right now

Here's where they are and how to stand out in your next interview.

24.795Jobs

74%EN

That number includes positions in India (9,577), Poland (3,429), the United States (1,753), Singapore (787), and Brazil (779). If you're looking to move or work remotely, check which countries match your goals — then filter WorkMundi by location to see what's actually hiring near you.

Most developer ads you'll see are written in English: 18,397 of the 24,795. That doesn't tell you whether the job itself requires you to speak English or work in English daily, so read each posting carefully. Don't assume the language of the ad matches the language of the team.

The employers posting the most developer roles are Link Group (369 jobs), Upvanta (257), jobgether (226), and OfferZen (212). If you're applying to any of these, research their hiring patterns. They move fast and post often, which means they're either scaling hard or replacing people who didn't fit.

In your interview, expect this: 'Walk me through the last time you had to debug something that took you more than an hour. What was it, what did you try first, and what would you do differently?' Hiring managers ask this to see if you think systematically or just try random fixes. Have a real example ready with specifics.
