Vagustim is a wellness technology brand focused on non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation. Role Overview We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimize Vagustim’s customer acquisition performance across paid channels. This is a hands-on, data-driven role focused on improving ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency. You will work closely with leadership, our paid media agency, creative team, and growth team to manage performance across the full acquisition funnel. The role combines campaign strategy, performance analysis, creative testing, landing page optimization, tracking, and day-to-day coordination with external partners. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable moving quickly between data, campaigns, creatives, and execution. Requirements Required: 2 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads Experience working with eCommerce or DTC brands Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, conversion rate, and contribution margin Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple stages of the funnel Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, pixels, events, UTMs, and conversion tracking Comfortable working with GA4, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Experience with creative testing and performance-driven content Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and execution skills Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or external marketing partners Preferred: Experience scaling paid acquisition for a health, wellness, consumer electronics, or subscription/eCommerce brand Experience with Google Merchant Center and Shopping/PMax campaigns Experience with TikTok Ads or other paid social platforms Experience with landing page and CRO optimization Experience with attribution or analytics tools beyond GA4 Experience managing international campaigns, particularly US/EU markets Basic understanding of SEO, lifecycle marketing, and organic acquisition Key Responsibilities Paid Media Management Own the performance and optimization of paid acquisition channels, primarily Meta Ads and Google Ads . Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities Work with the paid media agency to manage campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, and optimization Review campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis Identify underperforming campaigns, audiences, creatives, and landing pages Recommend budget reallocations based on performance and business priorities Ensure campaigns are aligned with revenue and profitability targets Performance Analysis & Optimization Turn marketing data into clear actions and decisions. Track key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR, AOV, and LTV Analyze performance across campaigns, audiences, products, geographies, and customer segments Identify funnel bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement Monitor performance against targets and budgets Develop weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations Build a strong understanding of the relationship between ad performance, website conversion, and revenue Creative Testing Build and manage a systematic approach to performance creative testing. Identify creative concepts and messaging opportunities based on campaign data Work with designers, video editors, creators, and the growth team to develop new assets Brief creative teams with clear performance objectives Test different hooks, formats, messages, audiences, and calls to action Analyze creative performance and identify winning patterns Maintain a structured creative testing pipeline Continuously refresh creative to prevent performance degradation Funnel & Landing Page Optimization Work closely with the growth and product teams to improve the full acquisition funnel. Evaluate landing page and product page performance Identify friction points between ad click and purchase Recommend improvements to landing pages, offers, messaging, and checkout Support A/B testing and CRO initiatives Ensure consistency between ad messaging and landing page experience Analyze performance from impression through purchase rather than optimizing media in isolation Tracking & Attribution Ensure reliable measurement across all paid acquisition channels. Maintain accurate Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Ads, GA4, and other relevant tracking Monitor events and conversion tracking for accuracy Ensure proper UTM structures across campaigns Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues Work with developers and external partners when technical implementation is required Continuously improve the reliability of marketing performance data
