Senior Technology Specialist – Product Architect (Operations Platform) Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid) Employment Type: Permanent (Employment Contract) Salary: Up to 28,000 PLN gross per month We're partnering with a global FMCG organisation looking to appoint an experienced Product Architect to lead the architecture of its enterprise Operations Platform. This is a strategic role focused on defining the future of Observability, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), AIOps and operational automation across a complex global technology landscape. The Role You'll be responsible for the end-to-end architecture and long-term technical direction of the Operations Platform, ensuring it remains secure, resilient, scalable and aligned with enterprise technology strategy. Working with Product Owners, engineering teams and senior stakeholders, you'll help build a modern operations platform that improves reliability, observability and operational efficiency across the business. Key Responsibilities Own the architecture and technical strategy for the Operations Platform. Define the roadmap across Observability, SRE, AIOps and Automation. Ensure architectural consistency across multiple platform domains. Guide engineering teams on solution design and technical standards. Drive platform resilience, scalability and operational excellence. Align architecture with enterprise technology strategy and governance. Evaluate emerging technologies and influence future platform capabilities. About You You'll have significant experience in Platform Architecture, Operations Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering within enterprise environments. You'll bring expertise across areas such as: Platform Architecture Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Observability Monitoring & Alerting Incident Management Infrastructure as Code CI/CD Distributed Systems Cloud Platforms Automation Event-Driven Architecture Secure-by-Design Experience with New Relic, PagerDuty, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, AIOps, SAP operational tooling or enterprise architecture frameworks would be highly advantageous.
