The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing job boards, ATS workflows, dashboard reporting, process alignment, and operational improvements. This role requires strong coordination skills, data accuracy, process optimization capabilities, and the ability to work closely with recruiting and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain multiple job boards, including job posting activities, and performance tracking. Administer and maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) workflows, candidate pipelines, and system data accuracy. Align open positions with internal requirements, operational priorities, and recruitment strategies. Perform position formatting and resume formatting to maintain consistency, professionalism, and client standards. Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams to identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement plans. Monitor and manage job posting activities across various platforms to ensure timely visibility and compliance. Develop, maintain, and update operational dashboards and reports related to job boards, ATS data, job postings, recruiter activities, and hiring metrics. Analyze recruitment and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and SOPs for recruitment operations. Support process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Conduct regular audits of ATS records, job postings, and operational data for accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure proper position alignment and candidate tracking. Track license utilization, posting counts, resume views, and recruiter activity metrics across recruitment platforms. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management reviews and operational meetings. Support onboarding and training activities related to ATS usage and recruitment processes. Maintain data confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards. Required Skills Experience in recruitment operations, staffing, or process management environments. Familiarity with workflow optimization and reporting automation. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Power BI or Tableau is plus point but not mandatory Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
