Specialized trade skills, such as Masonry and Flooring installation. Renovation skills, including repair, refurbishment, and finishing work on existing structures. Basic Research skills to understand building materials, methods, and safety guidelines. Ability to read and follow simple construction drawings and instructions. Strong awareness of workplace safety practices and use of protective equipment. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
