Fixed Assets Team Leader

We continue to grow and expand our scope of operations. This is how your responsibilities would look like: 💻 Leading and developing a Fixed Assets team of up to 5 specialists. Prioritizing and coordinating daily accounting operations within the assigned process area. Monitoring team performance and ensuring achievement of KPIs and service targets. Driving high-quality service delivery and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Challenging and improving existing accounting processes to increase efficiency and standardization. Supporting and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the team. Participating in special projects and process transformation activities. Cooperating closely with the Associate Manager and other finance stakeholders. Building effective working relationships within the team and across the organization. We also need to have some requirements, so here they are: 📚 University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably within an SSC environment. At least 1 year of people management or team leadership experience. Experience in Fixed Assets accounting, Record-to-Report (R2R/GL) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. Good knowledge of SAP or another ERP/accounting system. Very good command of English. Additional European language will be considered an asset. Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment. Proactive approach, willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
