You will be in charge of: Developing and coordinating AROS’ external communications, ensuring a consistent company image and brand positioning across different markets and communication channels. Working closely with Sales, Key Account and Project teams to create client-facing communications, sales presentations, project success stories, completed project case studies and other marketing materials supporting business development. Planning and creating content for LinkedIn, the AROS website, external newsletters and other external communication channels. Coordinating AROS’ participation in international exhibitions, conferences and client events, including communications, promotional materials and consistent company representation. Increasing AROS’ brand awareness by coordinating cooperation with industry associations, partners and specialised media, as well as identifying opportunities to promote the company and its experts. Analysing market, customer and industry trends, evaluating communication performance and using these insights to strengthen the AROS brand and support business growth. We expect You to: Have experience in marketing, communications, brand development or a similar role. Be able to independently create professional, clear and engaging content tailored to different audiences. Communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken. Have strong communication, planning and project coordination skills. Work effectively with different teams, understand business and customer needs, and turn them into clear and effective communication.
