Systems Analyst | Leading Defense Organization | Central Israel Looking for a role where you can turn complex business needs into real technology solutions? A leading defense organization in Central Israel is looking for a Systems Analyst to analyze and design information systems, support projects throughout their entire lifecycle, and collaborate closely with Development, UX/UI, Infrastructure, and business teams. What You'll Do • Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements and solutions • Write detailed requirements and system specification documents • Evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions based on business and technical needs • Collaborate closely with Development, UX/UI, and Infrastructure teams • Support projects throughout the full lifecycle, from requirements through implementation • Create test documentation and support acceptance testing and migration processes • Support system implementation and user training • Provide professional support for complex system issues What We're Looking For • Experience in Systems Analysis and information systems design • Experience working directly with Software Development teams • Experience working in Agile environments • Experience supporting projects or products throughout the full project lifecycle • Experience writing requirements and system specification documents • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions • Relevant academic or technological education, professional training, or relevant military technology experience Location: Central Israel | Full time
