As part of the next stage of our growth, we expanded our presence in the online entertainment sector. To support this exciting journey, we are looking for a Graphic & Web Designer to join our growing team. If you are a creative thinker with a strong eye for detail, a passion for digital design, and the ability to turn ideas and business objectives into engaging visual experiences, you might be the person we're looking for. You will work closely with the Marketing and other cross-functional teams to create compelling visuals and digital experiences that support our campaigns and business objectives. This opportunity is intended for candidates based in Sofia, Bulgaria . What you'll actually do? Develop creative concepts based on briefs, research, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines; Create visually compelling designs and graphic assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, landing pages, promotions, and other communication channels; Design responsive landing pages, campaign pages, microsites, and other digital experiences for desktop and mobile; Translate marketing and business requirements into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; Present design concepts and ideas for approval and refine them based on feedback; Ensure all visual materials are consistent with SLYBET's brand identity and campaign guidelines; Create and maintain reusable design components, templates, and visual guidelines; Support the creation and optimization of interactive and gamified digital experiences; Prepare and adapt design files for both digital and print use, ensuring high-quality output; Manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines; Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices; Contribute fresh and innovative ideas to campaigns, digital products, and internal design processes. What you need? 1+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, Web Designer, or in a similar creative role; Ability to adapt quickly and perform well in a fast-paced environment; A strong portfolio demonstrating creative, digital, website, landing page, and campaign design; Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator; Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and responsive design; Good understanding of usability and user experience principles; Ability to translate complex business and marketing requirements into clear and engaging visual solutions; Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics; Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Proactive attitude, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset; Passion for design and willingness to continuously develop your skills. What gives you an edge? Previous experience in the iGaming, betting, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or digital entertainment industry; Experience designing high-performing landing pages for paid marketing campaigns; Experience with motion design, video editing, animation, or interactive design; Experience designing interactive, animated, or gamified web experiences.
