Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Baker role based in Kuwait City. The Baker will prepare and bake a variety of products, including breads, cookies, and other bakery items, following standardized recipes and quality guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include scaling and mixing ingredients, shaping and baking products, monitoring oven temperatures and baking times, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness in all work areas. The Baker will help with inventory checks, proper storage of ingredients, and coordination with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to meet daily production needs. The role also involves maintaining equipment, minimizing waste, and contributing ideas for new products or improvements to existing recipes. We’re looking for a Focaccia Expert / Artisan Baker to join an exciting new food concept in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with: High-hydration focaccia dough 24–48 hour fermentation Dough mixing, folding, proofing, and baking Achieving a crispy exterior with a light, airy interior Recipe standardization and consistent production Training kitchen staff and supporting the setup process
