FF&E Design Manager A once-in-a-cycle luxury hospitality development in Singapore is building out its design leadership team and is looking for a Design Manager (could be Senior DM) to own the FF&E workstream end-to-end. This is not a specification role. You will sit on the client/owner side of the table, directing external design consultants, procurement partners and manufacturers, i.e. setting the FF&E standard, defending it through value engineering, and making sure what gets installed is what was designed. The project sits at the top end of the Singapore market in scale, budget and visibility. It is the kind of asset that becomes a permanent line on a CV.
