Process Manager

🚀 Process Manager | BPM | SAP | Signavio | LeanIX 📍 Poland | Hungary | Bulgaria We’re looking for an experienced Process Manager to take ownership of end-to-end business processes and drive continuous improvement and transformation across a complex, global environment. This is a senior role for someone who can combine process management, data-driven optimisation, SAP expertise and business transformation to improve performance, controls and efficiency. 🔹 What you’ll be doing Own end-to-end process performance and KPIs including cycle time, throughput, cost, quality and compliance Analyse and redesign processes using BPMN, process mining and data-driven diagnostics Develop to-be processes , controls, SLAs and automation opportunities Align process changes with SAP and surrounding platforms Manage Signavio and LeanIX repositories, reference models and process governance Build process backlogs, business cases and transformation roadmaps Prioritise initiatives based on ROI, risk and business value Embed risk, compliance and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls Drive adoption through SOPs, playbooks, training and change management Provide executive-level reporting, KPI dashboards and transformation insights Work across interconnected processes such as O2C, P2P, R2R and logistics 🔹 What we’re looking for 10+ years' experience in BPM, BPI or business process transformation Proven experience delivering large-scale process transformation Strong knowledge of BPMN, Lean/Six Sigma and value-stream mapping Strong SAP process and data knowledge Experience with Signavio and LeanIX Experience with process mining, workflow and/or RPA Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with process governance, RACI, process ownership and OCM Understanding of integration patterns and cloud/data platforms Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field BPM/Continuous Improvement certifications are a plus 🌍 Location: Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland If you're an experienced Process Manager looking for a role where you can influence processes, technology and transformation at scale, I'd be keen to hear from you. 📩 DM me for more information or to discuss the opportunity.
