About The Role Senior Specialist is responsible for driving internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and employer branding programs across the organization. This role plays a critical part in strengthening company culture, enhancing employee experience, and positioning the company as an employer of choice. Working closely with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams, the incumbent will develop and execute communication strategies that support organizational priorities, and elevate the company's employer brand both internally and externally. What You Will Deliver 1. Corporate Internal Communications (40%) Develop and execute internal communication campaigns aligned with company objectives and transformation initiatives to reinforce company vision, mission, values, and strategic priorities (for company-wide and BU/ FN-wide projects) for both market and Group-wide scale Create engaging communication content across multiple internal channels including email newsletters, community platforms (Viva Engage), town halls, leadership communications and people updates Provide communication support for crisis management, business continuity, and urgent corporate announcements as needed Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and corporate branding across all internal communications Measure effectiveness of communication programs through engagement metrics and employee feedback Employee Engagement (30%) Design (Market) and implement (Group-wide) employee engagement activities that strengthen culture, collaboration, and organizational value Manage company-wide events such as town halls, annual meetings, recognition programs, CSR activities (lead by MarCom), and cultural celebrations Support BU MarCom in execution for internal engagement events such as town halls, recognition programs, and cultural celebrations Partner with HR to support employee initiatives including employee listening, surveys and action planning Support HR to identify innovative approaches to enhance employee experience and workplace engagement Employer Branding (30%) Partner with HR to develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice Create employee stories, testimonials, videos, and other content highlighting culture, people, and workplace experiences Manage employer branding content across digital channels, career sites, social media, and recruitment campaigns Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams on recruitment marketing initiatives Support for the external employer branding activities including university partnerships, career fairs, industry events, and awards submissions Project & Stakeholder Management and Others Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of communication/ engagement projects Manage vendors, agencies, and event partners where required Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates related to communication and engagement activities Track project timelines, budgets, and campaign performance Ensure related administration tasks with person in charge effectively Support team and undertake any other responsibilities, projects, or tasks assigned by line manager when needed What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Human Resources, or related fields 2-4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employer branding, HR communications, or related disciplines (focus on internal communications) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese Strong content development and storytelling capabilities Experience managing communication channels and digital content Event planning and project management skills Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple functions and levels Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Creative mindset with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, content management platforms, and employee communication tools Basic design and content creation capabilities (Canva, video editing tools) are a plus Why Join DKSH At DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
