What will you be doing? Lead and manage a full Social Media business unit – strategy, P&L responsibility, and growth. Manage and empower a team of social media professionals – foster a winning culture and drive performance excellence. Implement and optimize business processes using AI tools and cutting-edge technologies to gain a competitive edge. Lead and nurture SMB client partnerships – driving performance, growth, and tangible business results. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to maximize value and results. What we’re looking for: Someone who grew and evolved within a digital & advertising agency environment. Proven experience managing a business unit or team, with direct P&L responsibility. Strong background in social media advertising (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more), preferably from an agency environment. Passion for AI and innovation, with the ability to turn technology into daily business impact. Leadership skills – the ability to inspire, develop, and elevate people.
