Work mode: to be confirmed Contract type: B2B via Hays Poland Rate: 180-220 pln/h net+VAT Language: English C1, Polish C1 Start date: September / October Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support cloud delivery and governance activities in a global, multi-regional stakeholder environment. The role requires practical understanding of the AWS ecosystem, cloud delivery processes, project governance, dependency management, risk tracking, issue management, and structured reporting. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating delivery governance, managing dependencies, maintaining project documentation, and reporting project status to stakeholders on both the Colgate and AWS sides. This is a senior, business-facing role requiring strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to manage complex delivery topics across multiple stakeholder groups. Key Responsibilities Manage project governance and delivery coordination within an AWS cloud environment. Coordinate dependencies between internal teams, Colgate stakeholders, and AWS stakeholders. Track and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and key decisions. Maintain and update RAID logs, project plans, status reports, and delivery dashboards. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and delivery progress. Prepare clear and structured status reporting for business and technology stakeholders. Support stakeholder communication across global and multi-regional teams. Work with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, RAID logs, and project dashboards to ensure transparency and delivery control. Identify delivery risks and escalate blockers or dependencies when needed. Ensure project documentation and reporting are accurate, consistent, and up to date. Support effective governance routines, steering updates, and stakeholder alignment. Required Skills & Qualifications AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or a higher AWS certification confirming knowledge of the AWS environment – must have Senior-level experience as a Project Manager (minimum 8 years of experience ), preferably in technology, cloud, infrastructure, or transformation projects. Practical understanding of AWS cloud environment and cloud delivery. Strong experience in project governance, delivery coordination, and status reporting. Ability to manage dependencies, risks, issues, RAID logs, timelines, and delivery documentation. Experience working with Jira and Confluence. Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to prepare dashboards, project updates, and structured stakeholder reports. Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in a global or multi-regional stakeholder environment. Fluent English, C1 level. Preferred Profile Experience working in cloud transformation, AWS delivery, or technology governance projects. Ability to work independently in a complex, international environment. Strong ownership, delivery mindset, and attention to detail. Confidence in communicating with senior business and technology stakeholders. Ability to bring structure, transparency, and control to complex delivery environments. Experience working with external technology partners or cloud providers would be an advantage.
