We’re expanding our Dynamics 365 & Power Platform capabilities in Poland as we transition responsibilities from our Norway-based team. We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join our team and work closely with our Scandinavian Sales organization, helping develop and improve solutions that support their business processes. We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with an understanding of business needs. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders across the full solution lifecycle — from requirements and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. SALARY: 11 000 – 15 400 PLN gross/month Permanent 78 - 110 net/hour B2B 13 200 – 18 480 PLN net/month B2B KEY FACTS: Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Dataverse, plugins, APIs, workflows, and security Build Power Platform solutions and Power Automate flows to support business processes and automation Design and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions Troubleshoot, test, deploy and continuously improve existing solutions WE EXPECT FROM YOU: 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Strong C#/.NET development skills Good knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 customization JavaScript/TypeScript and Power Automate experience Experience with integrations, REST APIs and preferably Azure services Familiarity with Git and modern development practices Clear communicator, comfortable with hybrid work, English B2/C1 APPRECIATED: Power Apps and broader Microsoft Power Platform development experience Power BI and business reporting experience Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership WE PROVIDE YOU: Scandinavian work style & international environment Full-time employment agreement or B2B contract Flexible work hours & Hybrid work (1 office day) 28 paid days off for a B2B contract 3000 PLN yearly training budget & Pluralsight access Sport package, private health care, and life insurance Recommendation bonus & Car parking
